Dark Light

Here is this week’s lineup of Nintendo eShop releases for the Switch, 3DS and Wii U.

Crikey. There are over 20 games arriving on the Nintendo eShop this week. We know that the Switch is a massive success, but with the current rate of release we fear that many of these games will struggle to an audience.

The pick of this week’s releases is Enter the Gungeon. Dodge Roll’s sparkling dungeon crawler has been available on other platforms for some time, but it’s well worth revisiting. And as we’ve said many times before, it’s likely to be another experience that’s a natural fit for the Switch’s handheld mode.

Another title worth a look is Kemco’s Mom Hid My Game!, which comes to both Switch and 3DS. It’s a mobile port, true, but its tone and visuals feel distinctly suited to Nintendo consoles.

Mario Party: The Top 100 also comes to the Nintendo 3DS, and as the name suggests it features 100 different mini-games selected from the entire Mario Party franchise. Early reports suggest that it’s a hit and miss affair, much like the series itself.

Here’s the full Nintendo eShop release list.

    1. Hi Paul, we don’t have 100{54aa50b9c141fdc6877fe76dd9617d72386c166c2b8f2ba44b2c6137e789c1e0} official confirmation on Tiny Metal for the EU just yet. We’re 99{54aa50b9c141fdc6877fe76dd9617d72386c166c2b8f2ba44b2c6137e789c1e0} sure, so I’ll add it in, but if it gets pushed, well, I doubt I’ll get a visit from Santa.
