Here is this week’s lineup of Nintendo eShop releases for the Nintendo Switch, 3DS, and Wii U.
After the recent onslaught of Nintendo Switch games, it’s rather nice to pull together a Nintendo eShop release list of more modest proportions.
Our pick of the week is Sushi Striker: The Way of the Sushido, a new first-party puzzle game co-developed by Indieszero that comes to both the Nintendo Switch and 3DS.
The free demo – which is already available – promises a fast-paced puzzle game that’s colourful and easy to understand, but has tactical complexity. The only downside is its steep retail price.
Also released this week – in North America at least – is BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle from Arc System Works. The latest game in the popular fighting series combines the Blazblue universe with the Persona 4 Arena, RWBY, and Under Night In-Birth franchises. The game is getting a European release later this month.

This week’s Nintendo 3DS releases include a slightly cheaper version of Sushi Striker: The Way of the Sushido, plus Games for Toddlers 2, and Storm Chaser: Tornado Alley. At the time of writing there’s nothing due for release on the Wii U.
