The next game from Dean Hall, creator of the popular zombie apocalypse survival game, DayZ, will be unveiled at EGX Rezzed 2017.

Hall’s new studio, RocketWerkz, will bring the unannounced PC title to EGX Rezzed next month. It will be playable on the show floor on all three days of the indie-focused event which will be held, once again, at London’s Tobacco Dock.

The game is the follow-up to Out of Ammo, which was released on the HTC Vive in September last year. Hall – who is developing multiple titles at the New Zealand-based studio – said in a press statement:

“We are really keen to hear feedback from everyone at the show and Rezzed is the perfect place to show off a hardcore indie game. Making a PC title is difficult at the best of times, striking that sweet spot between systems and gameplay is only something that can come from working with players directly, so where better to unveil a new project?”

Hall will also take to the main EGX Rezzed stage to talk about the new game, the future of RocketWerkz, and to answer questions from the audience.

EGX Rezzed 2017 will be held from March 30 – April 1, 2017. The highlight of this year’s event promises to be a keynote delivered by Irrational Games co-founder and Bioshock creator, Ken Levine.

Tickets are available to purchase now the EGX website. Don’t forget your coat, Tobacco Dock is blooming draughty.
