First Deus Ex Mankind Divided story DLC - System Rift

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has been out for about three minutes, but today Square Enix and Eidos Montreal have already announced the first Mankind Divided story DLC, System Rift.

System Rift sees protagonist Adam Jensen – he of the built-in sunglasses and other useful augmentations – team up with old friend and former colleague Frank Pritchard, voiced by Andreas Apergis, to hunt down information on the mysterious Santeau Group and hopefully shed some light on the Illuminati. To do this, they’ll need to break into the world’s most secure data banks, which gives you lots of opportunity to try out all of Adam’s toys.

Eidos Montreal are also hosting a PAX West 2016 panel tomorrow, September 3, 2016, as part of the wider Square Enix PAX West conference schedule. System Rift voice actor Apergis will join Elias Toufexis and Sascha Dikiciyan for a panel at the Hydra Theater at 15:00 PST.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided – System Rift is also available in the Season Pass, available now from Amazon.

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
