The Flash-based game, developed by Three Rings Design, is closing after two years and is no longer accepting transactions from players. Existing players are instructed to use their earned in-game currency before the game closes down.
The free to play game, featuring Matt Smith’s 11th Doctor, was announced at the San Francisco Game Developers Conference in 2011 and released in March 2012.
