EA’s 2015 E3 schedule includes Mirrors Edge Catalyst, Star Wars: Battlefront, Need for Speed, and a load of sports.
In the immortal words of Homer Simpson: “Sports! Sports! Sports! Sports! Sports! Sports! Sports! Sports! Sports!”
He clearly thinks it’s very important, and so do EA – sports titles make up a massive part of their revenue, and they’re really easy to churn out of the incremental yearly sausage machine always of very high quality and everyone can really see the benefits in buying a new version every year.
It comes as no surprise to learn that EA’s E3 2015 briefing on Monday June 15, at 1:00pm PDT (that’s 9:00pm BST for those of us who are stuck here, while colleagues get to go and enjoy the show, but I’m not bitter about it).
There’s also some other really freaking exciting things on the list too. And sports. Here’s the full low-down:
