Your round-up of the Nintendo eShop releases for 10th March 2016.
After last week’s Nintendo Direct the SNES Virtual Console launched on New 3DS with two classics; Earthbound and Super Mario World. This week they are joined by two more titles that can lay claim to being among the best games ever made; Super Metroid and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.
Alas, there’s no sign of any kind of cross-buy initiative, so if you’ve already purchased them on Wii U, you’ll just have to stump up again. That said, there is a buy one, get one half-price deal. A small crumb of comfort.
