Mafia 3 - Stones Unturned DLC

Mafia III: Stones Unturned DLC is out now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Here’s a nice surprise. 2K and Hangar 13 have today announced – and released – a brand new Mafia III story expansion. Stones Unturned teams Lincoln Clay with the game’s popular John Donovan character on a mission to take down former rival, Connor Aldridge, and his army of mercenaries.

The DLC pack also adds new locations to the game’s New Bordeaux setting, including a dense jungle, and new city regions. Gameplay additions include turreted vehicles, new heavy weapons, and the ability to call in Marshall’s Sniper Service to help eliminate enemies.

Upon completing the Stones Unturned story, new Bounty Hunting missions will become available in which you can team up with Robert Marshall and take out various troublemakers located around New Bordeaux.

If you purchased the Mafia III Deluxe Edition – or the game’s Season Pass – you will be able to download the Stones Unturned DLC via an automatic update. You can also purchase the add-on separately, but buyer beware, you need to have brought all three Lieutenants to your side in the game’ main campaign in order to trigger the new story.

Mafia III is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

We hate to ask, but...

Thumbsticks has a couple of goals. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough to meet those goals! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
