New Gears of War 4 trailer connects the legacy of the Fenix family.
Developed by The Coalition, Gears of War 4 is the first installment of a new series of games that pick up 25 years after the conclusion of Gears of War 3.
The Tomorrow trailer introduces JD Fenix – the son of Marcus Fenix, star of the original trilogy of games. It also does a Mad World by featuring Disturbed’s cover of Simon and Garfunkel’s The Sound of Silence. Despite being a tonal retread, it’s pretty effective.

The trailer also serves as a reminder that, beginning on 18 April, players of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition will start receiving tokens for early access to the Gears of War 4 beta. Following the conclusion of early access on April 24, all qualifying Xbox Live Gold members will be invited to join the beta until it ends on May 1.
