Two new PlayStation Vita Mega Packs are coming soon.
Pity the poor little Vita, that glorious technical marvel, now relegated to the position of also-ran despite having a great library of games.
Although the console ticks along, surviving on a steady stream of indie grooves and quirky JRPGs, its days as a viable platform for top-tier releases are long gone.
However, this does mean that the PS Vita often receives some great bundles that provide fantastic value for money.
And here’s two more on the horizon.
Coming in September is the PS Vita Hits Mega Pack, which includes Uncharted: Golden Abyss, the sublime Tearaway, Little Big Planet PS Vita and When Vikings Attack.
You can’t argue with any of those games, with Tearaway providing an unforgettable experience and the Vita version of Little Big Planet being perhaps the best yet.
October will see the release of the LEGO Action Heroes Mega Pack, which features three favourites from the popular line of LEGO games: LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham, The LEGO Movie Video game and LEGO The Hobbit.
With both packs there are two bundles to choose from. The memory card bundles come with an 8GB memory card and a PlayStation Store voucher code for the games. The PS Vita + memory card bundles include all of the above plus an all-important PS Vita system to play them on.
