Star Wars Pinball Force Awakens

Zen Studios announces two new pinball tables based on Star WarsThe Force Awakens.

The first table, simply titled The Force Awakens, follows events from the recently released movie – although we’re not sure if it counts as an entry into the official canon.

The table features transforming environment mechanics highlighting locations from the film and twelve action-packed story modes.

The Might of the First Order table includes a two-level playfield. Players can use the special ball-lock system on Kylo Ren’s playfield to crush the Resistance and control a Star Destroyer with the help of a special magnetic upside-down ramp.

Both tables feature art, models, and sounds directly from the film. You can get a glimpse of what’s in store in this new trailer. Never has the Millennium Falcon been so distracting.

The Star Wars Pinball: The Force Awakens Pack will be available on Zen Pinball 2, Pinball FX2 and Star Wars Pinball platforms on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Windows 10 and Steam the week of January 12, 2016. There is currently no news of Wii U availability.

The pack will also be available as individual table in-app purchases on Zen Pinball and Star Wars Pinball on iOS, Android, and Amazon mobile devices.
