Dauntless on Nintendo Switch lets you make a T-Rex tail into a hat on the go. Dauntless, which brings the Monster Hunter formula to a free-to-play indie setting, is out today on Nintendo Switch. Its release was one of the big announcements at today’s Indie World Direct. The game has been cooking for a while. It was first released in beta back in 2018, then got an early access release this spring, before getting a full release on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in September. The game, smartly and generously, allows players to cross save among versions. So if you’ve been playing for a while on PS4, you can seamlessly swap to Switch and back. All games should do this. Thank you, Dauntless. Follow Thumbsticks on Flipboard or Twitter for more Nintendo news, and read more about this week’s lineup of new Switch releases.
