To celebrate the impending launch of Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon this Friday, new customisation items are being added to Pokémon Go.

You now have the ability to dress your characters in clothing from the Alola region, featured in Sun and Moon – as revealed on Twitter.

These items don’t cost anything to acquire, and you can get your hands on hats, sunglasses, shorts, sandals, and other bits and pieces.

If you’re here in England it might put you at odds with the outside, it being November and bitingly cold already!

It’s a nice reminder of the Alola region, and one day we’re surely going to get the regions Pokémon making their way over to Pokémon Go.

It’s interesting that The Pokémon Company and Niantic haven’t collaborated in other promotions in the past – despite its huge popularity last year, Pokémon Go wasn’t used to promote the release of Sun and Moon in any way.

Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon are launching this Friday, November 17th, for the Nintendo 3DS. In recent news, a new form of Lycanroc was revealed.
