Going for Gold.

Microsoft have impressed over the past couple of years with the selection of free titles on offer with its Xbox Live Games with Gold promotion. The relative age of the Xbox 360 has seen a wider array of more consistently high-profile titles than the Xbox One, which has often given away lesser-known and indie titles, but this time around they’ve got a big hitter:

Xbox Live Games With Gold August 2015 includes Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes on the Xbox One, just in time to get everyone excited for The Phantom Pain which launches on September 1, 2015.

There’s also the small matter of both games in the outstandingly grim Metro series – Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light – which will be in the Xbox Live Games with Gold August 2015 lineup.

Xbox Live Games with Gold is just the gift that keeps on giving, at the moment.
