Here’s your round-up of games coming to the Xbox One between 28th November – 2nd December, 2016.

Well, at long-last, here comes Final Fantasy XV. We hear that if you like pushing cars along a freeway, this is the game for you. Hopefully, there’s a little more to it than that.

Elsewhere, Ubisoft’s promising open-world snow sports game Steep takes to the slopes on Friday 2 December. There’s also a reissue of Ubisoft’s 2014 racing game, The Crew. The new Ultimate Edition package brings together the original game, all the cars from the season pass, and the Calling All Units and Wild Run expansions.

If you are in the market for something a little more strategic you might want to check out The Dwarves, a fantasy RPG based on the novel of the same name by Markus Heitz. The game promises real-time tactical battles against orcs, mages, zombies and ogres and the like.

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
