Far: Changing Tides is our pick of this week’s lineup of new Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One releases.
Okomotive’s game expands upon 2018’s Far: Lone Sails with larger-scale environments and more intricate mechanics. Early reviews are positive, and we’re looking forward to another reflective adventure that blends exploration, puzzling, and engine tinkering.
Another sequel heading to Xbox this week is Shadow Warrior 3, the new FPS from Flying Hog. The series is returning to first principles with an emphasis on smooth traversal and streamlined combat.
Other Xbox releases include open-world RPG Elex II, comic roguelike Conan Chop Chop, and The Chinese Room’s acclaimed platformer, Little Orpheus. Check back throughout the week for any late additions or changes.
