The Square Enix E3 2019 press conference revealed more details on the Final Fantasy VII Remake, and debuted Crystal Dynamics’ ambitious take on Marvel’s Avengers. Here’s the complete list of every game announced.

The highlight of the Square Enix E3 2019 press conference was our first in-depth look at the highly anticipated remake of Final Fantasy VII. Producer Yoshinori Kitase was on hand to detail the game’s battle mechanics and an impressive demo of the revamped Guard Scorpion boss battle. A new trailer introduced by Tetsuya Nomura also received a rapturous response from fans inside the Mayan Theater in Los Angeles.

There was also an unveiling, of sorts, for Marvel’s Avengers, a new online multiplayer action game from Crystal Dynamics. Other games in the mix were Dying Light 2Dragon Quest Builders 2, and Outriders, a new shooter from People Can Fly.

  • Dragon Quest Builders 2 – Details of new features, creation tools, enemies, and battles. Playable demo coming to PlayStation 4 on June 27 –  Full release on July 12, 2019
  • Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age Definitive Edition – Coming to Nintendo Switch – Fall 2019
  • Square Enix Collective updateCircuit Superstars coming in 2020. New content for Battalion 1944 available now
