The Square Enix E3 2019 press conference revealed more details on the Final Fantasy VII Remake, and debuted Crystal Dynamics’ ambitious take on Marvel’s Avengers. Here’s the complete list of every game announced.
The highlight of the Square Enix E3 2019 press conference was our first in-depth look at the highly anticipated remake of Final Fantasy VII. Producer Yoshinori Kitase was on hand to detail the game’s battle mechanics and an impressive demo of the revamped Guard Scorpion boss battle. A new trailer introduced by Tetsuya Nomura also received a rapturous response from fans inside the Mayan Theater in Los Angeles.
There was also an unveiling, of sorts, for Marvel’s Avengers, a new online multiplayer action game from Crystal Dynamics. Other games in the mix were Dying Light 2, Dragon Quest Builders 2, and Outriders, a new shooter from People Can Fly.
