This year’s Summer Game Fest showcased a range of new games coming to console, PC, and mobile in 2022 and 2023.

Summer Game Fest returned for its third year with an occasionally draining two hours of game footage and trailers.

Highlights included gameplay from sci-fi horror game The Callisto Protocol, Flashback 2, Goat Simulator 3, and official confirmation that The Last of Us Part 1 is coming to PS5.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson also popped up to ramble incoherently about Fortnite, energy drinks, and Black Adam. (Let’s spare a thought for those who paid to watch Summer Game Fest at an IMAX theatre.)

It’s easy to be sniffy about Geoff Keighley – goodness knows we have been – but the heartfelt comments from Striking Distance’s Glen Schofield show that there is a place for the event in the gaming calendar. Nonetheless, can we keep it to a tight hour next time?

Here’s a rundown of every game featured on Summer Game Fest 2022. You can watch the show in full at the bottom of the page.
