The Breath of the Wild Zelda Amiibo is Adorable (Also, Bokoblin)

Dark Light

You’re going to want this Breath of the Wild Zelda Amiibo. It’s lovely.

All sorts of details are starting to emerge about the Nintendo Switch and its games following the big announcement. While Arms looks fun and 1-2-Switch could be a riot (if only the milking game weren’t so damn creepy) it’s hard to deny that the most important game in the Switch’s (somewhat limited) launch lineup is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

But what you’re all waiting for, of course, is for news on Nintendo’s most desirable collectible: the Amiibo.

Nintendo have today announced two more Breath of the Wild figurines – the Bokoblin and Zelda Amiibo – to go with the already-confirmed Link Archer, Link Rider and Guardian Amiibo.

There’s no word so far on what the Bokoblin and Zelda Amiibo will actually do in Breath of the Wild, but the Zelda figurine is really rather pretty in its own right, with the titular Princess looking cute and capable in her smart new adventurer’s garb. We also don’t know how much the Bokoblin and Zelda Amiibo will cost or when they will release, but it would be a fair guess they’ll cost about £10.99 and come out in early March.
