The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom dominates this week’s crop of new video game releases for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox.
Once in a while, a game comes along, and everyone else makes way. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is one such title. The game is sure to take over video game discourse for weeks to come, so most other publishers have wisely stepped aside.
We’re hopeful that Nintendo’s latest Zelda adventure will be another rollicking ride. That last amazing trailer certainly gave us the feels, and even if the game doesn’t capture the wide-eyed majesty of Breath of the Wild, we expect it to infiltrate the furthest corners of our minds as only the best open-world sandboxes can.
Counter-programming is found in the niche racing game TT Isle of Man – Ride on the Edge 3. The game features a range of officially licensed riders, bikes, and teams, plus a host of online and offline solo and multiplayer modes.
This week’s other new video game releases include Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2, Garden Simulator, and Weird West: Definitive Edition for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
