What kit are you going to need for Monster Hunter: World? We mean, er, PC specs, not armour made from monsters.

PC gamers are usually the first to remind console players that they get the widest variety of games. But when something comes out in a walled garden console ecosystem – like God of War, or The Last of Us, or Breath of the Wild – it can really irritate PC-only players.

In the age of console exclusives, however, games never coming to PC is becoming an increasingly rare phenomenon. Even those PlayStation exclusives get there, in a fashion, using PlayStation Now. The latest game that PC players have been eyeing enviously is Monster Hunter: World, Capcom’s epic critter grinding adventure, which has been out on PS4 and Xbox One since January of this year.

Monster Hunter: World releases on PC on August 9th, 2018, so if you’re wanting to get in on the action, you’ll need to know the system requirements.
