Are there any Christmas PlayStation Store releases for the PlayStation 4, PS VR, and PS Vita?

Ordinarily, we would receive some sort of head’s up from Sony’s PR team on the upcoming PlayStation 4 releases. But not this week. Maybe it’s because it’s Christmas, and everybody’s winding down? Maybe it’s because there aren’t any games?

Either way, something was amiss, so we went sleuthing.

Doing some digging around with release dates on the PlayStation Store, we found that there are in fact a few games releasing on PS4 this week. Four of them. Four whole games and – no disrespect to the developers and publishers in question, but – none of them are exactly headline-grabbers. There are also a couple of bundles, including Afterparty, Five Nights at Freddy’s, and Graveyard Keeper, but we don’t count those as “new” releases.

Here’s the lineup of next week’s new PlayStation Store games as it currently stands.
