Say hello to Sayonara Wild Hearts.
The rhythm action game will come to Switch, PS4 and the fledgeling Apple Arcade on September 19. Billed in its launch trailer as “a pop album video game,” the rhythm game is the latest from Simogo, developers of Year Walk and Device 6.
Published by Annapurna Interactive and developed by Simogo, Sayonara Wild Hearts is described as “a dreamy arcade game about riding motorcycles, skateboarding, dance battling, shooting lasers, wielding swords, and breaking hearts at 200 mph”.
With the Apple Arcade gearing up for a September 19 launch, and Sayonara Wild Hearts advertised prominently as one of its more than 100 launch games, its September 19 release date was basically a foregone conclusion.
Still, it’s nice to know that, within a week, we’ll be able to play this candy-coloured take on Thumper.
