Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin is a joint venture between Team Ninja, Square Enix, and Koei Tecmo. It’s sort of a dark retelling of the original Final Fantasy by way of Nioh? It’s a bit weird, but there’s definitely a market for that sort of thing.
Also, the characters say “chaos” more than Jeff Goldblum in Jurassic Park. Which is to say, they say it a lot.
“CHAOS AWAITS”, apparently. And it awaits right now, because Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin is out now on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
