Unpacking, AKA one of the best games of 2021, is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
Unpacking is a deceptively simple idea, but one that unfurls in a beautiful way. It’s a chill, meditative puzzler about putting things in their place – who doesn’t love tidying up? –that also carries with it a touching story.
It was, very definitely, one of the best games of 2021.
And now it’s coming to PS4 and PS5, which means a whole bunch of new players will get to experience it for the first time. And, who are we kidding, some of us will probably just replay it. Because we can.
We don’t know exactly when Unpacking will launch for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, yet, though publisher Humble Games has indicated it should be “coming soon”.
In addition to the digital PlayStation releases of Unpacking, Limited Run Games are also accepting pre-orders for physical editions of the game on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. The soundtrack is also getting a Limited Run release.
