The Humble RPG Maker bundle brings with it a bunch of game-making utilities, and some great games created with RPG Maker.
Once upon a time, RPG Maker was seen as a novelty. A plaything. The realm of hobbyists.
But with the advent of accessible game engines and the democratisation of video game creation, RPG Maker has been making a resurgence of late. There have been some legitimately great video games made in RPG Maker, including To The Moon, OneShot, Skyborn, and Finding Paradise.
Now’s your chance to get in on the action with the latest Humble RPG Maker bundle. At the various reward levels you’ll find different versions of the RPG Maker software – with the most recent version, RPG Maker MV, included in the top tier – plus art and character creation tools, and a lot of pre-created artistic and audio assets, too.
There’s also a collection of really interesting RPG Maker-created games, including Devolver Digital-published Always Sometimes Monsters included in the $8 tier, and plenty more.
Here are the highlights:
$1 or more tier
- RPG Maker XP
- Game Character Hub
- Last Word
