Local split screen mode confirmed for WRC 6.
Bigben and Kylotonn Racing Games have officially confirmed that WRC 6 – the official game of the FIA World Rally Championship – will include a split screen multiplayer mode.
The mode – demonstrated in a brand new trailer – allows two players to share the same screen while playing simultaneously, letting racers challenge each other, overcome obstacles and fight against the clock to be the first across the finish line. If you were born post-2000 this might seem rather revolutionary but once upon a time all multiplayer games were played this way, sigh.
To mark the announcement Bigben have also released the four cover art variations that will be used around the globe, with teams and drivers that will differ by region.
