Rebellion reveals more about the creation of Evil Genius 2: World Domination in a new developer commentary video.

One of the quiet stars of E3 2019 is Rebellion’s Evil Genius 2: World Domination. The game’s official reveal trailer promises of new levels of despicable no-goodery, and it received a warm welcome at this week’s PC Gaming Show.

The game is a full sequel to Elixir Studios’ 2004 original and lets players create their own evil lairs, recruit evil henchman, and embark on hundreds of diabolically evil schemes. All together now… Mwahahahahah.

The trailer is a real hoot, but players interested in the game should also check out the accompanying developer commentary video. The 13-minute long behind-the-scenes look features Evil Genius 2’s producer, Ash Tregay, and designers Richard Edwards and Ian Pestridge, discussing their dastardly plans for the lair-building sequel in fascinating detail.

Evil Genius 2: World Domination will be released on PC via Steam in 2020.
