Some of the last, best games on Nintendo 3DS are super cheap right now

Dark Light

If you still have a Nintendo 3DS, don’t miss out on some of the best games to come to the system in its twilight years.

The 3DS was already a declining force when the Switch launched in 2017, but the overnight success of Nintendo’s hybrid only served to hurry its demise.

Unfortunately, this meant several games released by Atlus in 2018 and 2019 were overlooked. Fortunately, four of them are currently available at super cheap prices on the European Nintendo eShop.

First up is Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth, the sublime dungeon crawler RPG developed by P-Studio. It’s a must-play for fans of the mainline series, particularly Persona 5. The game is packed with devious dungeons, a deep bench of fan favourite characters, and an excellent soundtrack. It’s yours for £8.74

Etrian Odyssey Nexus is cut from similar cloth and is a glorious send-off for the series on 3DS. It’s also a reminder than with the departure of Nintendo’s dual-screen systems, games that require making maps will never be the same again. Grab it for £6.74.

Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux and Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology – an expanded update of the 2010 Nintendo DS classic – are also discounted. Both are well worth getting.

The discounts are only live until February 23, so don’t hang around. We’ll keep an eye on the North American eShop and update this page if these titles also get a price cut in the region.
