After a gap of 14 years, the Big Brain Academy series is making a comeback on Nintendo Switch.

Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain is a new family-friendly multiplayer party game for the Nintendo Switch that features a range of activities designed to test your memory, analysis, and identification skills, as well as your reactions and reflexes.

Like its Nintendo DS and Wii predecessors, the game also includes a solo mode featuring daily exercises designed to improve your “Big Brain Brawn” score.

Speaking about the game, Nintendo marketing SVO Nick Chavez says:

“Big Brain Academy: Brain vs. Brain has the type of easy-to-pick-up gameplay and variety of accessible modes that feel right at home on the Nintendo Switch family of systems. This is a clever game for minds of all ages – perfect for family gatherings or a little fun competition among friends.”

The trailer suggests a colourful and energetic mental workout that will doubtless find an audience with families during the upcoming holiday season. Up to four players can participate locally, and you can compete with player Ghosts from around the world by taking the game online.
