Sony has announced October’s PlayStation Plus games – and it’s a mixed bag.
The highest profile title to join PlayStation Plus is Double Fine’s KickStarter-funded point-and-click adventure, Broken Age.
Broken Age is joined by Super Meat Boy, explorative puzzler Unmechanical Extended plus Kickbeat, Chariot and Kung Fu Rabbit.
Entering PlayStation Plus from 6th October:
- Broken Age (PS4/PS Vita)
- Super Meat Boy (PS4/PS Vita)
- Unmechanical Extended (PS4/PS3)
- Kickbeat (PS Vita/PS3)
- Kung Fu Rabbit (PS Vita/PS3)
- Chariot (PS3)
So, a steady but not spectacular slate. Super Meat Boy is a truly great game but surely one most player’s have tried by now?
Rather surprisingly – considering its inclusive in Edge’s Top 100 Video games – Driveclub PS Plus edition is leaving the service. Also departing isGrow Home, Xeodrifter and Super Time Force Ultra to name but a few.
Leaving PS Plus on 6th October:
- Grow Home
- Super Time Force Ultra
- Twisted Metal
- Teslagrad
- Xeodrifter
- La Mulana EX
- Driveclub PS Plus Edition
Get ’em while you can.
