Take to the skies with the new Cities: Skylines Airports expansion.

Paradox Interactive has announced that a new content expansion for Cities: Skylines will launch in January.

The Airports DLC will allow players to tackle the everyday logistics of air travel by creating airports and travel hubs.

Airports consist of various buildings and concourse networks that can be expanded, assuming business travellers and tourists approve of your planning and execution. And the bigger your airport gets, the bigger the planes you can attract.

You can also keep residents happy by connecting airports to existing travel networks to lower road usage. Adding new cargo terminals that blend in with other airport buildings will also reduce the need for ugly out-of-town cargo facilities.

The new trailer shows some of the expansion’s new features.

The Cities: Skylines Airports expansion will be released on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation on January 25, 2022.
