December’s PlayStation State of Play revealed new footage of Resident Evil 3 Remake, Babylon’s Fall and Ghost of Tsushima.
This final PlayStation State of Play broadcast of the year featured several new game reveals – including a trailer for Capcom’s Resident Evil 3 remake – and some confirmed PlayStation 4 release dates.
Other highlights included a brief glimpse of Ghost of Tsushima, a release date for Untitled Goose Game and a message from Ken Kutaragi to mark PlayStation’s 25th anniversary.

Untitled Goose Game
HouseHouse’s honkingly good Untitled Goose Game will waddle onto PS4 (and Xbox One) on December 17, 2019
Spellbreak
A new spell-casting battle-royale with a Breath of the Wild vibe from Proletariat. A PS4 closed beta begins in Spring 2020.
Dreams
A new trailer for Media Molecule’s game creation tool which gets a full PS4 release on February 14, 2019
Superliminal
The mind-bending, perspective skewing puzzle adventure from Pillow Castle is coming to PS4 in 2020.
Paper Beat
A new PSVR game from Pixel Reef set in an open world sandbox populated by strange origami creatures. It’s coming to PS4 in early 2020.
Kingdom Hearts 3
The new Kingdom Hearts 3 Re Mind expansion is dated for January and available to pre-order now with various in-game bonuses.
Predator Hunting Grounds
A new trailer for IllFonic’s asymmetrical shooter and a confirmed PS4 release date of April 24, 2019.
Babylon’s Fall
PlatinumGames new combat extravaganza gets a spectacular new trailer. More details will be announced next summer.
Resident Evil 3 remake
A sparkling remake of Resident Evil 3 is confirmed for release on April 3, 2020. The package also includes the 4v1 multiplayer survival game, Resistance.
Ghost of Tsushima
A trailer tease of Sucker Punch’s Ghost of Tsushima with the promise of more to come at The Game Awards this week.
PlayStation’s 25th Anniversary
