Square Enix announces the start of a Final Fantasy VII Remake Collaboration Event for mobile RPG, Mobius Final Fantasy.
To mark the occasion of Final Fantasy VII‘s 20th Anniversary, a new collaboration event begins today that brings the city of Midgar to Mobius Final Fantasy, Square-Enix’s popular mobile role playing game.
The limited time event will be released in three instalments throughout this month, and will remain in game until April 1, 2017. Part 1 will be available from 7PM PST on Tuesday February 7, 2017. (That’s today, folks)
Players that progress though the city of Midgar can get their hands on a range of new items such as the strengthened Masamume weapon and Aerith Echo, to name but two. The event also introduces the new Soldier 1st class warrior-type legend job, as well as a selection of limited release collaboration cards.
