If you’re thinking about picking up a 1TB or 500GB Xbox One S bundle, this is a good week to do it.
The release of the Xbox One X is just around the corner, and despite its pre-order success Microsoft has been clear in saying that the Xbox One S is likely to remain the company’s biggest seller. And with occasional flash deals like this, it’s no surprise.
For the next week you can purchase any $299 1TB Xbox One S bundle, or any $249 500GB Xbox One S bundle, and get an additional game for free.
Currently available bundles include the 1TB Forza Horizon 3 and Halo Wars 2 bundles, and the just released 500GB Madden NFL 18 pack.
In addition, Microsoft are offering $10 off the price of selected Xbox Wireless Controllers, or $10 off three and six month Xbox Live subscriptions, with every new console purchase.
Participating retailers including Amazon, Best Buy, Microsoft Store, Target, GameStop, and everyone’s favourite, Walmart.
At the time of writing the Microsoft store is actually offering two extra games up to a total value of $100. The range is limited, but it does include a solid mix of newer titles, such as Destiny 2, Cars 3, Injustice 2 and Prey, and older games like Battlefield 1, The Crew, and Watch Dogs.
