Dark Light

Paint brushing pink ball now available at retail and on Nintendo eShop.

Just a reminder that Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush is released today on Wii U.

Having spun an Epic Yarn on Wii back in 2010 Kirby’s latest adventure returns to Dream Land, now rendered in a beautiful clay-mation art style.

It’s a stunning game with the only downside being that its touch-screen controls mean spending more time looking at the GamePad than the the TV. Nonetheless the consensus is that Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush is another inventive adventure that evokes many of the pleasures last found in Kirby’s Canvas Curse.

If you have previously downloaded a Kirby title on the Nintendo eShop you can also claim a 10% discount on the game. The offer runs between the 8th and 14th May 2015 and brings the price down to £31.49 instead of the regular £34.99.

If you prefer a physical copy you can pick up Kirby and the Rainbow Paintbrush for under £30 on Amazon.
