Nintendo confirms two new content expansions for Luigi’s Mansion 3.

Nintendo has announced that new content for Luigi’s Mansion 3 is on the way, although those looking for new story content are likely to be disappointed as both packs are multiplayer-focused.

The Luigi’s Mansion 3 Multiplayer Pack Part 1 is due to be released by the end of April 2020. It includes three new ScreamPark multiplayer mini-games, three new outfits for Luigi, plus matching floor themes and new themed ghosts for the cooperative ScareScraper mode. Players who pre-order the DLC will also receive an in-game Polterpup light called the Flashlight Type-P. It can be used in ScareScraper and Story Modes.

Multiplayer Pack Part 2 will arrive by the end of July and includes new content for ScareScraper mode, plus three more new mini-games for ScreamPark mode. Three new ScareScraper outfits with matching floor themes and themed ghosts are also included.

Luigi’s Mansion 3 is one of this year’s Nintendo Switch highlights. It was released at the end of October, receiving positive reviews across the board.

Both expansion packs can be pre-purchased from Nintendo eShop now.
