Dark Light

Here’s the full list of new video games coming to the Xbox One between April 8-12, 2019.

The most intriguing new release of the week is Dangerous Driving from Three Fields Entertainment. The studio was founded by some of the creative minds behind the original Burnout games, and this arcade racer looks to be a sequel in all but name. Early word suggests that the game is more successful at recapturing the thrill of the Burnout series than the studio’s previous efforts: Danger Zone 1 and 2.

Also released this week is Capcom’s Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy. These classic Game Boy and GBA adventures still hold up, and look better than ever on the big screen.

Another game to revisit is Zojoi’s remake of classic 1987 point-and-click adventure, Shadowgate. The console edition enhances the 2014 PC release with a new user interface and an icon command system.

All of next week’s games can be downloaded on console, or purchased from the Microsoft online store. Here’s the full lineup.
