Nintendo announces its E3 2017 video presentation time and date, plus booth and tournament details.

Nintendo’s E3 kicks off with the Nintendo Spotlight: E3 2017 video presentation, which will be broadcast on Tuesday, June 13 at 9AM PT, shortly before E3 begins. The presentation will focus on the much-anticipated Super Mario Odyssey, plus other Switch games in the pipeline for 2017.

During E3 itself there will be coverage direct from the show-floor via Nintendo Treehouse: Live at E3 2017. Content will focus on Super Mario Odyssey, as well as other previewed Switch and 3DS games. There will also be livestreams of two tournaments featuring the upcoming Splatoon 2 and ARMS. Nintendo’s E3 booth will give attendees the first opportunity to play Super Mario Odyssey, as well as other Switch titles.

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
