Here is this week’s lineup of Nintendo eShop game releases for the Nintendo Switch, 3DS and Wii U.
It’s a frankly crazy week on the eShop, with an avalanche of games coming to the Nintendo Switch, and a new mainline Pokémon game arriving on Nintendo 3DS.
This week’s Switch lineup is probably the best we’ve see that doesn’t include a first-party Nintendo game. Pick any game from L.A Noire, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Batman Season 1, Rime or Rocket League and you won’t go wrong.
There are also a few indie gems to enjoy, with our recommendations being the isometric puzzle game Lumo, and Terry Cavanagh’s thrilling VVVVVV.
Over on 3DS, you can take a return trip to the Alola Region in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. Fears that the game would be a simple retread of last year’s edition have largely been put to rest, and we just have to try out the new Let’s Snuggle Together move.
