Dragon Quest VII is the pick of this week’s Nintendo eShop releases.

Not much to report on the Nintendo eShop front this week. The 3DS gets the week’s big release with Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past, which arrives three years after its Japanese debut.

Over on Wii U there is the usual selection of indie releases plus a demo for Just Dance 2017. The, ahem, ‘celebrations’ for Metroid’s 30th anniversary also continue with a Virtual Console release of the early DS game, Metroid Prime: Hunters. We bet that will look just amazing blown up to the big screen.

Futuridium EP Deluxe‘s appearance on New Nintendo 3DS is not to be sniffed at, mind you.

Here are the rest of this week’s releases.
