Here’s the full rundown of this week’s Nintendo eShop games for the Switch, 3DS, and Wii U.
This week Sumo Digital’s Snake Pass slithers onto Nintendo Switch. The game – which is the first on Nintendo’s new console to be built using Unreal Engine 4 – has bags of charm and, if you like 3D platformers of old, looks very promising. It’s joined by Metal Slug, the latest in Hamster Corporation’s range of NeoGeo ports.
Over on 3DS and Wii U there’s a bunch of new indie action and puzzle games, of which, Fifteen looks to be the most interesting.
And, finally, time for a quick Public Service Announcement. The venerable old Nintendo DSi Shop will be retired on March 31, 2017. That means you only have a few days left to spend any remaining Nintendo Points you have. The ability to redownload games from the DSi Shop will remain active for the time being, but will also be removed some time in the near future.
