Nintendo eShop releases

Here’s your weekly round-up of new games coming to the Wii U and 3DS via the Nintendo eShop.

There are only five games coming to the Nintendo eShop this week, but a couple of titles stand out.

First up is Plantera, a cute gardening simulator that has received a ‘Very ‘Positive’ response on Steam since its release last month. Although the Wii U and 3DS versions are more expensive that the PC release, there is a ‘Cross Buy’ promotion of sorts. If you pick up the Wii U edition, you can download the 3DS version for free, and vice versa. It doesn’t appear that saves transfer between systems but it’s an appreciated move nonetheless from developers, Ratalaika Games.

This week also sees a Virtual Console release for the Nintendo 64 classic, Orge Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber. A must buy for those that want to battle like it’s 1999.
