Get the lowdown on this week’s Nintendo eShop releases for the Switch, 3DS, and Wii U.
This week’s Nintendo Switch lineup features a handful of potential new gems, plus the release of some older indie hits.
Arriving in Europe this week – but already released in North America – is co-op adventure game, The Adventure Pals. Don’t let the rather generic name put you off, it’s a charming and inventive mix of platforming and action, starring a boy and his pal giraffe.
Also worth a look is Passtech’s strategic action game, Masters of Anima. The game has beautiful art direction, and its army-controlling gameplay evokes the Pikmin series. High hopes for this one.
In terms of older games, we have a Switch outing for Klei Entertainment’s influential open world survival game, Don’t Starve. It’s joined by Brain&Brain’s jaunty folktale, Burly Men at Sea.
