Nintendo eShop Releases

Diablo III and Taiko no Tatsujin lead this week’s lineup of eShop video game releases for the Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo 3DS.

Another two billion games come to the Nintendo eShop this week, in a lineup rich with old classics.

Blizzard’s action RPG, Diablo III: Eternal Collection, is the big release of the week. The game should shine as a portable experience, and if you’ve yet to pick up a Switch, you can get it as part of a new hardware bundle.

Two other ageing (or should that be timeless?) games that catch the eye are Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery, and Supergiant’s terrific sci-fi RPG, Transistor.

Elsewhere, isometric survival horror game, Yomawari: The Long Night Collection, offers some spooky thrills for Halloween, and there’s a slew of quiz show-themed games from Ubisoft.

Finally, let’s not forget Bandai Namco’s drum thumping, Taiko no Tatsujin: Drum’n’Fun. There’s a free demo available on the European eShop for series newcomers to sample.

This list is subject to change, but we’ll keep it updated throughout the week with any new additions. Here’s the full lineup of new eShop releases.
