Triangle Strategy and Far: Changing Tides lead this week’s lineup of new Nintendo Switch eShop releases.
Triangle Strategy is a new tactics RPG from Square Enix and Artdink, developer of the A-Train series.The game features Square Enix’s trademarked HD-2D visuals – previously seen in Octopath Traveler – and looks like a good fit for Fire Emblem and Final Fantasy Tactics fans. A generous free demo prologue is available to download now from the Nintendo eShop.
This week’s second Nintendo Switch pick is Okomotive’s FAR: Changing Tides. We’re huge fans of the first game, FAR: Lone Sails, and this ambitious follow-up looks to offer another beguiling mix of mood, light puzzle gameplay, and exploration.
Other notable new Nintendo Switch releases include Conan Chop Chop and Hundred Days – Winemaking Simulator. We’ll keep this post updated throughout the week with any late additions to the lineup.
