Dark Light

Xbox Live Gold members can play Battlefield 1 for free on Xbox One this weekend.

The free-play weekend runs from September 22 – 24 as part of the Xbox Free Play Days campaign. The full game is included, meaning you’ll be able to take on Battlefield 1‘s well-received single player campaign, as well its generous suite of multiplayer modes.

As with many promotions of this nature there are a number of deals on offer to keep you playing once the event ends. From September 19 – 25 you can save 40% on the Battlefield 1 Revolution pack. This includes the base game plus the Premium Pass, which covers four themed expansions.

If you already own the base game you can get a 40% discount on the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass and receive instant access to the two most recent expansion packs – They Shall Not Pass, and In the Name of the Tsar – as well as early access to the remaining two upcoming DLC releases.

Once the promotion begins, players can download Battlefield 1 by heading to the Gold Member area on the Xbox One dashboard, or by downloading the game directly from the Xbox Store. All Gamerscore and achievements earned during the event will be retained, and saved game data will carry over to the full game if purchased.

Battlefest: Revolution

EA are also running the Battlefest community event between September 19 – 30, 2017.
