Dark Light

Here’s our rundown of all the games coming to the PlayStation Store from Tuesday 15th August, 2017.

Is this one of the most varied and exciting PlayStation Store lineups ever? Take a quick scan at the games listed below, and it’s likely that you’ll at least one – and probably two – games that pique your interest.

If you are looking for something with a little strategy, the PS4 edition of Cities: Skylines should be just the ticket, if not, perhaps wartime RTS Sudden Strike 4 is what you’re looking for. If you desire something a little more action-packed, Violition’s third-person action game Agents of Mayhem, or twin stick shooter Matterfall, should provide the necessary thrills.

And if you wish it was the ’90s, we have Sega’s promising modern spin on an old favourite in Sonic Mania, as well as the 25th Anniversary Edition of Night Trap. Buyer beware on that one.

Players looking for something with story can dig into Uchikoshi’s timey-wimey narrative puzzler, Zero Escape: Zero Time Dilemma. And there’s also a game released based on Ken Follett’s The Pillars of the Earth. Yes, really.

Oh, and there’s also the much-anticipated PS4 release of Toby Fox’s majestic Undertale, and the equally anticipated arrival of Nidhogg 2 from Messhof.

And we didn’t even mention Tokyo 42. Where the hell to start?
