Here’s the full list of games heading to the PlayStation Store from Tuesday May 9, 2017.

The most interesting games coming to the PlayStation Store in the next week all hail from the past. My personal highlight is LocoRoco Remastered, an HD spruce-up of one of the PSP’s best games. It’s platform game of the highest calibre, with visual aesthetics that were ahead of its time, and a purity of design that will no doubt stand the test of time.

It’s joined by a few other old/new games in the shape of PlayStation 2 faves, Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland, and Resident Evil Code: Veronica X. And any week that sees the release of the NeoGeo’s The King of Fighters ’95 can’t be bad.

This week’s indie picks include the enjoyable Human: Fall Flat, and Last Stitch Goodnight.

We have a favour to ask

Thumbsticks has a couple of main aims. We want to write interesting articles and cover games that most outlets won't, and we want to give opportunities to new writers and new voices. And right now, with the current state of online publishing? It's tough! We hate to ask, but if you want us to continue writing what others won't, or to keep covering weird indie games, or to be able to give opportunities to new writers – and only if you can afford it – then please consider supporting us on Patreon.
