Capcom has confirmed release details for Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6 on Nintendo Switch.

The steady drip-feed of Resident Evil games to Nintendo Switch continues with the announcement that Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6 will be released via the Nintendo eShop on October 29, 2019. Both games also continue Capcom’s over-exuberant pricing policy, coming in at a wince-inducing $29.99 each.

Resident Evil 5 will support co-op gameplay, as per its original release, and the much-maligned Resident Evil 6 will include all existing DLC, plus additional content for its Mercenaries and Agent Hunt modes. Players can get an early look at both games running on Nintendo Switch at this weekend’s San Diego Comic-Con. The Capcom booth is located in Hall A.

A Resident Evil Triple Pack will also be released at retail in North America on October 29. It includes RE4 on the game card, with RE5 and RE6 as a digital downloads. The good news is that it’s priced at a more reasonable $59.99.
